QUALIFICATIONS

• Required Bachelor’s Degree Nursing / Patient Care
• Preferred Master’s Degree
• 3 years Nursing/Patient Care Required
• 3 years Wound Care Experience Preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) - State Licensing Board Indiana or Illinois
• Wound Care Certification (WCC) - National Alliance of Wound Care and Ostomy
• Certified Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse (CWOCN) - Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nursing Certification Board
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association As Required by Unit
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - American Heart Association As Required by Unit
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - The American Academy of Pediatrics As Required by Unit
• Unit Specific Certifications - Franciscan Alliance As Required by Unit
