About You: We are looking for a kaiako who is heart-centred, professional, and ready to make a difference. To be successful in this role, you will bring: Experience and Passion for Infants: You have a proven background in nursery pedagogy and a genuine love for supporting the development of our youngest tamariki. Professional Qualifications: A recognised ECE or Primary teaching qualification and a current New Zealand teacher registration. Relational Excellence: A warm and proactive communication style, with a natural ability to build deep, respectful relationships (Whanaungatanga) with our tamariki, whānau, and your colleagues. Pedagogical Depth: A deep understanding of Te Whāriki and the confidence to deliver high-quality, meaningful outcomes through intentional observation and care.
