Your focus will be on: Using Te Whāriki as your base to plan and guide the educational and developmental journey of each child. Building secure, respectful relationships and following the individual rhythms and cues of our youngest tamariki. Capturing and sharing high-quality assessments, ensuring each child's unique progress is celebrated with their families. Creating a supportive and equitable atmosphere where relationships and a sense of belonging are prioritised. Building effective, positive relationships with the whole team and providing a warm, guiding hand for students and helpers. Maintaining a beautiful and safe environment where the physical care and safety of all tamariki are held to the highest standard. About you: A recognised ECE or Primary teaching qualification and current New Zealand teacher registration.
