Description

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a compassionate and competent Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse to join our Doctor On Call team. This role involves accompanying physicians on home or on-site patient visits, performing essential clinical tasks, and supporting the delivery of high-quality mobile healthcare. The ideal candidate is adaptable, patient-centric, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing
  • Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter (RN or Assistant Nurse)
  • Minimum of 1 year clinical experience
  • Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
  • Fluency in English and Hindi
  • UAE Freshers with DHA eligibility are encouraged to apply

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in mobile healthcare, community nursing, or outreach services
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

WORK SCHEDULE & TRANSPORTATION:

  • 12-hour rotational shifts (day and night)
  • Transportation provided from office to patient locations and back
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians during on-site consultations at various patient locations
  • Conduct initial patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and patient records
  • Educate patients and caregivers on medication use, post-care instructions, and follow-up plans
  • Prepare and manage medical kits and supplies, ensuring readiness and compliance with protocols
  • Maintain patient confidentiality, safety, and uphold professional nursing standards at all times
