Job Details Job Location: Willapa Harbor Hospital - South Bend, WA 98586 Pay: According to Union Scale- RRT $34.14- $51.97, CRT $29.96- $45.60, EOE, DOE SHIFT: Per Diem Day/Nights, weekends, holiday The Respiratory Therapist will work in a variety of settings to evaluate, treat, and manage patients of all ages with respiratory illnesses and other cardiopulmonary disorders. The Respiratory Therapist participates in clinical decision-making and patient education, develops and implements respiratory care plans, applies patient-driven protocols, utilized evidence-based clinical practice guidelines, and participates in health promotion, disease prevention, and disease management. The Respiratory Therapist may be required to exercise considerable independent judgment, under the supervision of a physician, in the respiratory care of patients. Qualifications Graduate of accredited school of respiratory therapy with NBRC credentialing Must have a Washington State Respiratory Care Practitioner Certificate Be proficient in and maintain certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Must be able to operate computer system with good keyboarding skills.
