We are seeking an accomplished Registered or Enrolled Nurse to join our busy and welcoming general practice in Cohuna

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a general practice setting
• Support GPs with clinical duties such as immunisations, wound care, and chronic disease management
• Coordinate patient care and assist with health assessments and care plans
• Contribute to health education and promotion within the community

About You:

• AHPRA-registered Registered or Enrolled Nurse with a passion for community healthcare
• Previous Practice Nurse experience preferred but not essential
• Knowledge of general practice nursing and an understanding of chronic disease management desirable but not essential
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Accomplished at managing patient care and building rapport with patients
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
