Are you a passionate therapist wanting to provide ethical, evidence based therapy to improve the mental health of your clients? Are you looking for the freedom to be able to choose your clients, your preferred modality, your schedule and your office? If so then we may just be perfect for each other!
At Summit Counselling, we empower clinicians to focus on their passion—therapy. We provide fully equipped offices, a dedicated marketing team, and reliable full-time administrative staff to handle billing and booking hassles. Our St. Albert location offers gym and daycare facilities on-site at an additional cost, ample parking, and newly renovated offices. In the Brewery District, our downtown Edmonton location provides a comfortable workspace and a collaborative team atmosphere. Here we pride ourselves on our team culture by offering regular team meets, group consultations and group learning opportunities, come for the experience, stay for the vibes.
Our mission is to deliver ethical and effective therapy services, honouring clients as experts in their individual selves. For contractors, we provide a space for authentic practice with competitive compensation, fostering autonomy and a voice for both clients and clinicians. We are always striving for the best fit between therapists and clients, we want to ensure we are person-centred with clients and contractors.

Our time requirements include each clinician working one evening or weekend shift and committing to three shifts a week.
