Our Glastonbury Connecticut office is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Registered Paraplanner / Client Relationship Manager.
The Opportunity:
This mid-level role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is passionate about financial planning and relationship management. You’ll play a key role in supporting advisors, managing client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field, or 2+ years of relevant experience.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, trading platforms, and financial planning software.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Execute client trades with precision and timeliness, aiming for 100% accuracy.
  • Manage estate settlement processes and assist with life insurance illustrations and applications.
  • Prepare and process client deliverables and documentation.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide account-related support.
  • Facilitate account transfers and 401(k) rollovers.
  • Ensure thorough follow-up from client meetings, including trades, compliance, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Home Office to resolve client or operational issues.
