Registered Pharmacist

Essential Functions
Receive, interpret or clarify medication orders
Verify and confirm validity of controlled substances.
Verify prescription information entered in the system by data entry or order entry.
Interpret physicians’ or prescribers’ prescriptions.
Communicates with physicians and other clinicians as necessary to facilitate care.
Provides patient counseling efficiently and effectively when required.
Provide oversight and quality assurance to pharmacy technicians.
What you’ll need
Bilingual in both French and English
Current resident pharmacist license in good standing
Work experience as a Pharmacist for 2-3 years
Excellent organizational skills with ability to set priorities and creatively solve problems
Strong focus on customer service, quality and accuracy
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong motivation to succeed
Ability to function in a fast-paced, continually changing and results-oriented environment
Proficient computer/data/entry skills
