The Registered Pharmacist will review physician’s orders (prescriptions) and existing therapy to ensure the rationality, provide drug information services to physicians, nurses and allied health professional with regards to dosing, drug interactions, adverse drug reactions, pharmacokinetics, rational drug therapy. Qualifications * Bachelor’s Degree or PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy * Current New York State License to practice as a registered pharmacist * Minimum of two (2) years of experience * Proficiency of Microsoft * Minimum of 45 wpm

Responsibilities

The Registered Pharmacist will review physician’s orders and existing therapy to ensure rationality. They will provide drug information services to healthcare professionals regarding various aspects of pharmacotherapy.
