REQUIREMENTS

• Valid registration as a Practical Nurse in Canada.
• Experience in home care, hospice, or assisted living settings is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
