JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various nursing environments, including nursing homes, hospitals, and home care settings. The RPN will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, assisting with medical procedures, and ensuring the well-being of patients across diverse populations.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in nursing homes, hospitals, in home care or acute care settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures related to patient care.
• Experience in specialized areas such as dementia care, pediatrics, senior care, or hospice care is a plus.
• Proficiency in medication administration and understanding of pain management techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment while providing compassionate patient-centered care.
• Experience with electronic health record systems (Epic or Cerner) is preferred but not mandatory.
