Duties:
- Provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients’ health status
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Assist with medical procedures and examinations
Experience:
- Valid Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) license
- Previous experience in a long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems
