SKILLS

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patients’ health status, documenting any changes in their condition.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare staff to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about health management, medication administration, and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Perform phlebotomy and laboratory tests as needed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide emotional support during challenging times.
