We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our healthcare team. • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and assessing patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist with daily living activities for patients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and medication administration.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Support pain management strategies to enhance patient comfort.
