Stenberg College seeks an organized, passionate, and relationship-driven Registered Psychiatric Nursing (RPN) leader to join our Regional Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing (RDPN) Leadership Team as Clinical Practice Manager.

  • Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Remote)
  • Desired Start Date: Aug 15, 2025
  • Salary: 125,000.00 Per year

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing clinical operations, ensuring the implementation of nursing best practices, and preparing students to deliver quality patient care. This role requires a strong understanding of the psychiatric nursing scope of practice and nursing regulation, along with excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. The Clinical Practice Manager will support students and faculty, and liaise with industry and clinical practice partners while also seeking to grow and develop our program’s presence as a leader in psychiatric nursing education.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Active practicing registration (in good standing) with the BCCNM with a minimum of 5 full-time years of psychiatric nursing experience.
  • Baccalaureate degree required; Master’s degree (completed or in progress) preferred. Leadership and/or Educator experience is preferred.
  • Possess a solid understanding of various software applications and tools, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office, project management tools, and communication platforms.
  • Occasional travel will be required.
