ABOUT THE ROLE

As a psychologist at ActiveCare, you will play a key role in helping individuals navigate personal challenges and build meaningful change. You’ll work alongside a dynamic team of physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, and other allied health professionals — all aligned in delivering patient-first care.
We offer mentorship, supervision (if required), regular referrals, administrative support, and a warm professional setting where you can truly focus on your clients.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions and help clients establish and achieve their mental wellness goals
• Create immediate and long-term treatment plans using evidence-based approaches
• Maintain clinical records in accordance with CAP and clinic standards
• Collaborate with our in-house care team to provide a holistic patient experience
• Participate in supervision (for provisional psychologists) and professional development
• Provide in-person sessions at our Chestermere clinic
• Flexibly manage your schedule to meet client and clinic needs (evenings and/or weekends may be required)
