Job Description Registered Psychologist – Northern Sydney Salary: $81K – $123K inc super (FTE) Benefits: Salary packaging, km & toll reimbursement, phone & laptop, paid PD, leave benefits, Fitness Passport Employment: Permanent, Full-Time Join Aspect’s Northern Sydney therapy team and make a meaningful impact supporting Autistic children, young people and adults. This is a community-based Psychology role where you’ll manage your own caseload and work with participants in their home, school, and community environments. You’ll deliver strengths-based, functional supports focused on building independence, capability, and quality of life. What your day will look like You will: Provide therapy to 3–4 participants per day in community settings Develop practical, goal-focused intervention plans Work collaboratively with families and support networks Support development of emotional regulation, social and functional skills Work autonomously with strong clinical supervision and team support Qualifications What you bring: Tertiary qualifications in psychology Fully registered with AHPRA Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (km reimbursed) NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) Working With Children Check NDIS Worker Orientation Module – Quality, Safety and You.
