DESCRIPTIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Job description
The successful candidate will be part of a multi-discplinary team based on a Therapeutic Community at HMP Grendon. Grendon is the only prison in the country comprised wholly of Therapeutic Communities. The role on the Therapeutic Community will involve completing case formulations collaboratively with residents to identify treatment needs and to guide their therapy, facilitating therapy groups and large community meetings, supervising specialist officers, chairing progress reviews and writing progress in therapy reports.
Psychologists are also encouraged to participate in research and consultancy opportunities.
