We are seeking clinicians who want to establish long-term roots within a group practice. Whether you have an existing private practice or are just starting, we provide the support you need to grow.

REQUIREMENTS

• Membership in good standing with a regulatory body that permits the practice of psychotherapy in Ontario (e.g., CRPO, OCSWSSW, CPO, etc.).
• Professional and commercial liability insurance.
• Reside in the National Capital Region.

• Maintain autonomy in clinical decision-making while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
• Convert consultations and retain clients.
• Complete case notes and maintain client confidentiality in compliance with college regulations.
• Follow evidence-based and trauma-informed care approaches.
• Engage in professional development and collaborative learning.
