SWABEY FAMILY COUNSELLING: HELPING FAMILIES CALM THE CHAOS

We’re all about helping families grow, connect, and thrive! We focus on strengthening parent-child relationships, building essential life skills, and reducing stress at home. Using proven, relationship-based strategies, we equip families with tools to stay calm, confident, and flexible—no matter what life throws their way.
We love what we do—and we’re growing! As a private practice, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious psychotherapist who’s excited to take initiative, grow their caseload, and make a meaningful impact. In this role, you’ll provide psychotherapy to children, teens, and parents using a parent-inclusive and family-focused approach.
Since 2016, Swabey Family Counselling has supported over 1,000 families across Windsor-Essex. Known for our parent-inclusive approach, we help parents build skills alongside their kids. Over 70% of our referrals come through word of mouth, with the rest from our website, location, and social media. We’re a collaborative, growth-minded team dedicated to exceptional care—and we’d love for you to join us!
