REGISTERED RESIDENTIAL MANAGER

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Residential Manager to join our team at Griffin Close Residential Home, Egremont. The successful candidate will assist the Registered Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential home, ensuring the delivery of person-centered care and support to our service users.
This six bedded home holds a Good rating with CQC. Due to the size of the home, we would consider applicants who are looking for the step up to a Manager role.

Key ResponsibilitiesRegisteredResidential Manager:

• The Registered Residential Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
• Provide leadership and support to a team of support workers, promoting a positive and inclusive working environment.
• The Registered Residential Manager will develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs and preferences of residents.
• Monitor the quality of care provided, conducting regular audits and addressing any areas for improvement.
• The Registered Residential Manager will liaise with external agencies, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure holistic care for residents.
• Support the recruitment, training, and development of staff members.
• The Registered Residential Manager will participate in on-call duties as required, providing emergency support outside regular working hours.

REQUIREMENTS REGISTERED RESIDENTIAL MANAGER:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a residential or social care setting.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to promoting the independence and well-being of service users.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and on-call duties if required.
