What we are looking for: The Clinician’s primary responsibility is to ensure that excellent patient care comes first. This is accomplished through demonstrating genuine care and compassion while ensuring consistency in clinical practices. Clinicians assist patients in improving their quality of sleep; therefore, improving their quality of life and excellent patient care through Exceptional Service, Trusted Expertise, Customized Sleep Solutions and using Best in Class Products. - Provide excellent and professional customer service to patients - Positive and enthusiastic phone manners with the ability to build quick and earnest rapport with customers. Have the ability to comfortably speak to clients with and have great telephone and email etiquette, and excellent listening and writing skills. - Assist with daily appointments, reminders, confirmations, voicemail messages, etc. - Sales experience with a focus on excellent customer service by monitoring and maintaining sales targets. - Strong computer skills such as MS Office, email, G-suite, etc.. - Ability to quickly learn new software programs and other technologies. - Strong ability to communicate both written and verbal. - Excellent understanding of patient confidentiality. - Capability of working within a team environment where everyone contributes to get the work done. - Experience working in an environment holding a multitude of competing responsibilities/deadlines.
Education:
Hold the Registed Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) credential from the Board of Polysomnography Technicians (BPRT).
