This role blends clinical expertise, leadership, and relationship-building to support patients, staff, and healthcare partners. 🔍 What We're Looking For * Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care * Licensed through State of Michigan as a Respiratory Therapist * Graduated from an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program * Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record * Management or leadership experience, preferably within a clinical or healthcare setting * DME or medical experience preferred 🛠 What You’ll Be Doing * Oversee, mentor, and train in-store Respiratory Technicians * Manage and set up respiratory equipment (ventilation, PAP, oxygen therapy, suctioning, pediatric monitoring, and more) * Provide patient education and respiratory care in the home setting * Plan and execute sales activities within your assigned region * Make sales calls to new and existing clients * Deliver presentations and promoting Binson’s Respiratory Program * Schedule appointments and building relationships with hospitals, case managers, and physician offices * Maintain a growing customer database * Manage patients with clinical needs and completing all required documentation * Educate caregivers on respiratory equipment and conducting follow-up visits * Coordinate emergency respiratory services as needed 💡 Perks & Benefits * Competitive pay 💰 * Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance 🏥 * Paid time off + floating holiday 🌴 * 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan 💸 * Training and growth opportunities 🚀
