This role collaborates with the healthcare team to provide quality care to patients. Critical thinking skills assist in the assessment of the patient’s needs to determine the right place, right time and right next step for care. The role makes a positive difference every single day in the lives of our patients and healthcare team. On-call: Not required. This is a bargaining union position.
