Medavie Health Services is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and adaptable Registered Social Worker (RSW) to join our Mobile Mental Health Team for a temporary sick leave replacement, with the possibility of transitioning into a part-time role.
About the Program
Our Mobile Mental Health Team has been active for one year, delivering non-crisis, short-term care to individuals aged 16 and older who are transitioning between acute episodes and long-term support. Services are primarily delivered in clients’ homes, with flexibility to meet in public spaces (e.g., libraries, community centers, etc) or virtually, based on client preference.

You’ll be joining a small, collaborative team of two RSWs, one administrative assistant, and one RN. We work closely with clients to determine the most appropriate setting and therapeutic approach, based on their preferences and existing supports.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
This is a part-time, 6 month temporary position at 0.5 FTE (Full-Time Equivalent). Based on operational needs, there may be opportunities for additional hours, up to full-time as well as potential transition to a part-time permanent role.
