Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join Wirraka Maya Health Service Aboriginal Corporation as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Student Support Officer based in South Hedland. As part of the Administration department, this is a Permanent - Full Time position. As the RTO Student Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing essential support to students enrolled in our training programs.

Responsibilities
  • Offering guidance and assistance to students throughout their training journey
  • Coordinating and facilitating student inductions, ensuring they are well-informed about the training process
  • Managing student enrolment processes, including maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Collaborating with trainers and assessors to identify and address student needs and concerns
  • Implementing strategies to support student retention and success
  • Monitoring student progress and providing timely intervention where necessary
  • Liaising with relevant internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of support services
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of student support initiatives through feedback and data analysis
  • Maintaining compliance with RTO regulations and standards related to student support services
