A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO BROADEN YOUR SKILLS

Taverham Veterinary Hospital is offering a unique 12-month maternity cover role for a Registered Veterinary Nurse with an interest in both clinical nursing and client liaison. This hybrid position combines hands-on RVN duties with surgical booking coordination, giving you the chance to develop your organisational and communication skills alongside your nursing expertise.

ABOUT US

Taverham Veterinary Hospital is a busy, RCVS-accredited 24-hour hospital with outstanding facilities, including a brand-new CT scanner, dental suite, ISFM gold-standard cat kennels, canine kennels, isolation facilities, and four operating theatres. Our caseload is varied, with regular ultrasonography, cardiology and orthopaedic surgeries.
Alongside the main hospital, we have a one-vet branch practice, a luxury veterinary-led cattery, and an excellent hydrotherapy and physiotherapy service. Our location is ideal, just 15 minutes from historic Norwich and under an hour from some of the UK’s best beaches.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a qualified RVN who enjoys variety in their role, is highly organised, and has excellent communication skills. You should be equally comfortable providing hands-on clinical care and liaising with clients to ensure the smooth coordination of procedures.
