We’re on the hunt for a very experienced RVT who knows their way around complex anesthesia and isn’t afraid to take charge and lead a skilled, passionate technical team.

What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Being Awesome):

• Running anesthesia like a boss—even for complicated, high-risk dental and surgical cases
• Leading and mentoring a team of RVTs and assistants (with kindness, grit, and maybe a little caffeine)
• Owning the flow of the treatment area and making sure things run smoother than freshly scaled canines
• Working closely with our board-certified dental specialists
• Helping us maintain (and improve!) high standards of care with your know-how

You’re Our Dream RVT If You:

• Are a Registered Veterinary Technician in good standing
• Have 5+ years of solid clinical experience
• Can talk anesthesia protocols in your sleep (and probably do)
• Have leadership experience or are ready to confidently step into that role
• Are calm under pressure, detail-obsessed, and a natural motivator
• Bonus points if you’ve ever nerded out over a skull CT or dental rads
