Dogwood Veterinary Hospital is looking for a veterinary technician or veterinary assitant to join our team. New grads are welcome to apply. This position can be part time or full time. Excellent teamwork skills, independence and strong time-management skills are a must. The responsibilities of our technicians/ asisstant encompass (but are not restricted to) the following: patient care, client education, liaison between our clients and their veterinarian, handling of lab samples and performing basic lab tests, maintaining patient records, follow up phone calls, email communication, and assisting with general cleaning and upkeep of the facility.
