Registrar/Deputy Registrar/Registry Coordinator (Grade 7/8) Court Services, Sydney Metro & Greater Sydney Court Locations Salary ranging from $113,574pa - $125,720pa + super and leave loading We are recruiting to build a talent pool to fill roles as they arise over the next 18 months. Opportunities may be Ongoing or Temporary, Full Time or Part Time depending on current and future vacancies at individual locations. The locations included in this recruitment are: Bankstown Blacktown Burwood Fairfield Hornsby Liverpool Manly Newtown Parramatta Parramatta Children’s Court Parramatta Drug Court Sydney Drug Court Penrith Surry Hills Children’s Court Sydney CBD Waverley Windsor About the role This role will be responsible for a team to meet statutory and administrative obligations as well as ensuring high quality and professional service is delivered to clients. Supervising the team, this role will promote a positive working environment that values ethical behaviour and good performance whilst contributing to the development and implementation of strategies that meet the identified needs of the court’s diverse set of clients. What you'll do Leading the team, you will be responsible for: Managing, developing and motivating staff in a fast paced and challenging environment Implementing procedures and training to ensure staff are adequately equipped to ensure best practices and standards are provided to clients Minimise grievances, maximise performance and enhance skills Constantly implementing processes and procedures which are always up to date with legislation Dealing with staff issues and providing feedback or counselling to staff Adapting to work in different jurisdictions Liaise with stakeholders to ensure service delivery is always at his best To find out more about what this role does to support the NSW Justice system click here or download the role description.
