By word and example, teachers and staff support all of the official religious teachings of the Catholic Church throughout their personal and professional lives.  Our teachers and staff embrace the purpose of teaching and witness the tenets of the Catholic Faith, instill a sense of Christ’s mission, charity and service to others; draw the school community into worship and to build, support and maintain a Catholic culture throughout the School and create a vibrant Catholic culture within the classroom, emphasized through words, deeds, manner of dress and actions.   Job Responsibilities * Establish, maintain, and monitor student records, grades, and earned * Maintains compliance with applicable laws, codes, rules, and regulations, maintains records regarding student school enrollment and withdrawal. * Interpret and analyze incoming student transcripts and transcribe information to conform to the State and the District requirements. * In addition to student permanent records, prepare and maintain cumulative and demographic information on current students, and incoming students. * Respond to inquiries and assist students, counselors, parents, other schools, and personnel regarding student records, transcript requests, graduation, statistical information, grade point averages, enrollment procedures, etc. * Prepare withdrawal forms, retrieve files, and print out transcripts, as well as process and forward transcript requests. * Enter all courses and grades into Bright Futures and assist students, parents and College Counselor with Bright Futures. * Prepare and maintain compliance with the FLDOE for state scholarship programs. * Enroll, Withdraw and Invoice State Scholarship programs as needed. Communicate with Parents timelines, deadlines, etc. * Assist with Master Schedule. * Admissions – Import all applications to Admissions. Enroll new students and re-enroll current students for new * Enroll and Re-Enroll students. * Technology - Update school programs, close out current year and create and set up new calendar year through FACTS/RenWeb Program. Work with teachers to import grades from Canvas.  * Assist Director of Finance with FACTS/RenWeb, FACTS Tuition, State Scholarships, and deposits. * Assist Director of Admissions with FACTS/RenWeb, Admissions and Also assists with any mailings, correspondence and emails. * Other duties as assigned by the Principal or his designee. Qualifications * Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.  * Knowledge/Use of telephones, computers, adding machines and other office equipment. * Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and navigation of the internet preferred. * Attention to detail and able to work independently. * Ability to work in a fast paced environment. * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with emphasis on meeting tight deadlines. * Ability to work effectively with students, School and Diocesan employees, department heads, representatives of other agencies, and the general public. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Adherence to the Diocese of Venice Code of Conduct with emphasis on confidentiality. * Undergoing a FDLE Level 2 background check.
