POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Student Records Specialist, you’ll be the guardian of our student information, ensuring its accuracy and accessibility. You’ll be the go-to person for transcripts, verifications, and all things related to student records, playing a vital role in supporting our students and faculty.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience: 2+ years in file management, record keeping, or auditing.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Process student requests for transcripts, verifications, and other documentation.
  • Support graduation activities, from ordering regalia to preparing diplomas.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity and student success.
