ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Be a Medical Practitioner who is registered other than provisionally in the General Register of Medical Practitioners.
• Have had minimum 3 years of psychiatry experience or membership of RCPsych or CPsychI.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE

• Possess adequate relevant work experience.
• Possess sufficient clinical knowledge to perform the job at a satisfactory level of competence.
• Have an understanding of the role of an Registrar.
• Have an awareness of Health, Safety and Risk Management.

• Good communication skills - verbal and written.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Methodical and organised approach to work.
