This team member oversees student enrollment, academic course schedules, grade reporting, and the management of student records. This role will also act as the first point of contact for the Technology office Registrar Responsibilities Coordinates enrollment data of new students into PowerSchool Obtains and maintains student records such as grades, transcripts, test scores, immunization records, cumulative folders, and all general student data Provides information to counselors as requested Manages the grade reporting process, including collection, verification, posting, and communication of grades each term Collaborates with the academic team, including admissions, in the development and input of courses for the master schedule Updates course selections, teacher changes, and room numbers Maintains current class lists for enrollment verification Maintains and updates bell schedule and calendar in PowerSchool Coordinates student withdrawal procedures to include initiating withdrawal forms, notifying all teachers of said student, recording grades at the time of withdrawal Communicates with other schools or outside agencies regarding student academic records Processes and verifies all diploma, official transcript, and attendance verification requests Oversees the process and verifies all information requested by the Armed Services, law enforcement agencies, car insurance for good student drivers, subpoenas, etc. Uploads transcripts to the NCAA Eligibility Center four times during the school year Collaborates with the summer school principal on summer school registration, manages the summer school grade reporting process, and updates summer school course selections, teacher changes, and room numbers. Rollover into the new school year through PowerSchool support and Tech support. Creates and manages student, staff, and parent/legal guardian accounts in PowerSchoolTo abide by the guidelines stated in the employee handbook, and to be consistent in applying the policies of the school as stated in the student handbook and curriculum guide. Obtains and sends grade data reports after each semester, scans and sends transfer transcripts upon student enrollment for Honest Game Supports honor society moderators with GPA verification Assists faculty members with report building as needed Updates SIS with testing data, PSAT, ACT, MDTP, and Honor Roll Serves as the campus expert in PowerSchool, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and support to faculty and staff. Ed Tech Coordinator Responsibilities Provides efficient and positive customer service to all members of the CCHS community Serves as the point of contact for the CCHS Tech Chat and supports the CCHS Tech team Provides tech support for the CCHS community by phone, email, or in person Leads or assists in student orientation sessions regarding tech use, policies, and platforms Visits/pushes into classes periodically for tech presentations or drop-in tech office hours Supports iPad Rollout and iPad swaps annually Supervises student tech aides, including their attendance Coordinates the assignment of technology help requests Supports Tech Team with other duties, as assigned Requirements Minimum Skills/Qualifications Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Collaborative and team-oriented approach Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize effectively Ability to remain calm, professional, and focused in high-pressure situations Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills Demonstrated commitment to discretion and confidentiality, with proficiency in the use of relevant technologies Appreciation for and alignment with the Catholic spiritual and intellectual traditions Bachelor’s degree required Practicing Catholic and prior experience working in Catholic education preferred Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to remain at a computer workstation and access information from a computer and use a telephone.
