This role may involve handling confidential information, assisting patients and staff, and coordinating with other departments. Qualifications Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service, clerical, or administrative work. Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry. Knowledge of HIPAA. Preferred Job Requirements: Experience in a busy clinical setting. Bilingual proficiency may be an advantage. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
