MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB
Epsom and St Helier are seeking a Registration Authority (RA) Agent to support the implementation and administration of the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Programme across the Trust, ensuring staff have the correct access to NHS systems via Smartcards.
As an RA Agent, you will be responsible for:
✔ Processing new EPR system registrations, account amendments, and Smartcard issuance.
✔ Verifying identity checks and maintaining compliance with national RA guidelines.
✔ Providing first-line support for RA service queries and assisting users with system access.
✔ Coordinating with HR, IT, and external partners to manage credentialing and access control.
✔ Supporting training sessions, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth RA operations.
