ABOUT THE JOB REGISTRATION OFFICER

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting students and ensuring smooth administrative operations? City University Ajman is seeking a motivated and organized Registration Officer to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in student registration, admissions, or a related role, preferably in a university or educational setting.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant database management software.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Complete the students registration process smoothly, according to the Universitys rules and regulations.
Attend to all sorts of inquiries via telephone, email, and fax.
Assemble data of student inquiries and ensure registration, following up at regular intervals.
Maintain student academic records, manage the registration process including preparation of course offerings, course schedules, examination schedules, academic calendar, generation of grade cards and transcripts, and preparation of statistical reports on enrollment, graduation, etc.
Prepare documents and reports on registration statistics.
Implement students withdrawal, dismissal, and termination decisions.
Maintain the validity and integrity of student personal and registration data and generate grade statistics and reports.
Issue all types of official correspondence for students.
Attend and assist with the colleges open days, school visits, and educational exhibitions.
Generate students IDs.
Register students for TOEFL/IELTS exams and enter their results into the system.
Provide students with TOEFL/IELTS exam results.
Receive different forms and requests from students and process them as per the rules of the University.
Assemble data of students and maintain periodic reports.
Coordinate all works pertaining to visa formalities for expatriate students and their enrollment without difficulties.
Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional activities.
Attend meetings when necessary.
Perform other related duties as required.
