PRN Team Members are generally not scheduled to work 63 hours or more per pay period consecutively.  PRN team members may be scheduled at any of the following Baptist Health Care locations: Baptist Hospital – Pensacola, Gulf Breeze Hospital, Andrews Institute, Medical Park – Nine Mile, Medical Park – Navarre, Medical Park – Airport Blvd This is a PRN (as‑needed) position. Shifts are assigned based on departmental staffing needs, which may include short‑notice requests. Availability is expected across a wide range of shifts, including: Daytime, Evenings, Overnights, Weekends, Holidays Please Note: This is not a role where team members create their own schedules. Shifts are assigned strictly based on the needs of the department.   The Registration Representative performs a variety of data entry and general registration functions for outpatient departments in the facility. It is the responsibility of the registration representative to accurately collect patient demographic and insurance data to ensure appropriate reimbursement and claim filing. This role will utilize technology to accurately quote and collect patient liabilities that have been identified by the insurance company. This position is responsible to follow all registration and admitting policies and procedures. This position performs a variety of admitting/administrative tasks to arrange the admission of patients of all ages to the Hospital. This role acts as a resource in providing all customers with the highest level of service. This role enhances the hospital experience for patients, families and visitors by providing appropriate hospitality and concierge services.
