Job Type: Temporary (4 Days – September 7th to 10th)

Shifts Available:

  • 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • 2:30 PM – 9:00 PM

About the Role:
We are seeking friendly, organized Registration Attendants to assist at an event in Kissimmee, Florida from September 7th to 10th. This role is perfect for those who enjoy interacting with people and excel in fast-paced environments. As a Registration Attendant Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for all event attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in attendees with a welcoming, professional attitude.
  • Issue badges and materials, assist with walk-in registrations, and answer guest inquiries.
  • Provide event information and handle any registration-related issues or questions with a positive approach.

Requirements:

  • Strong and friendly, guest-facing communication style.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
  • Familiarity with QR scanning apps, mobile check-in platforms and iPads.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Punctual, well-groomed, and confident under pressure.
