Job Summary: The Registration Trustee Officer is responsible for managing and facilitating property registration and transfer processes in compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations. The role involves coordinating with clients, developers, and government entities to ensure seamless real estate transactions while delivering a high standard of customer service. Key Responsibilities: Process property sale, purchase, and transfer transactions through the Dubai Land Department (DLD) system. Verify and review legal documents related to property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations. Liaise with buyers, sellers, developers, and brokers to coordinate registration procedures. Prepare and execute trustee agreements and related documentation. Ensure all transactions adhere to UAE real estate laws and DLD guidelines. Collect and verify payments, fees, and required documentation prior to transaction completion. Provide clients with clear guidance on registration procedures and requirements. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure proper documentation filing. Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues efficiently. Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in real estate registration, conveyancing, or a similar role in Dubai. Strong knowledge of Dubai Land Department (DLD) systems and procedures. Familiarity with Oqood, Ejari, and other UAE property-related systems is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple transactions simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant real estate systems.
