Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria’s courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Registry Manager is responsible for the daily operations within the registry, including the listing and case management activities, the management of staff and will form part of the broader Children’s Court Registry Management Group.
This role will be active in developing strong networks with stakeholders and local services. The role has significant technical components as well as team leadership and people management components which require an advanced understanding of the Court’s practices, procedures and systems as well as highly developed team leadership skills and experience.
The position operates within a demanding and sensitive environment that requires the capacity to exercise sound judgement, build relationships and liaise effectively with the judiciary and senior officers of the court. The Registry Manager will work collaboratively with other Registry Managers across the Children’s Court.
