EXPERIENCE

  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or similar work-based experience
  • Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer ideally with a focus on media-related projects
  • Very good working knowledge of standard software development frameworks, techniques and methodologies
  • Experience with providing coaching and mentoring
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team, contributing to the development of business scenarios
  • Knowledge of software development tools and technologies
  • You are flexible and curious in your approach
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Regular Software Developers with strong experience in Java development, Linux systems, and AWS cloud environments to join our collaborative team. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand user requirements, design robust software systems, and ensure their successful delivery through rigorous testing and validation. From identifying bugs to troubleshooting and performance tuning, your work will help us build reliable, scalable solutions aligned with project goals.
You’ll be part of an agile team that values open communication, clean code, and continuous improvement. Our working structure includes daily stand-ups, weekly estimations, and regular demos and retrospectives all held remotely via Microsoft Teams. We aim to create a positive, supportive team environment where knowledge sharing, and collaboration are central to our success.
Experience with CI/CD, TDD/BDD, and tools like Ruby, Python, and the Cucumber framework is a plus, but not required. If you’re passionate about writing maintainable code, solving complex problems, and contributing to a dynamic, high-performing team, we’d love to hear from you.
