"* Perform tasks across various work centers, including palletizing, paint booth, SP back pannel or/and control box builder, mod assembler, final tester, and final station 1 and 2. Sign off on all relevant checklists (crane, PIV, TPM, machine guarding). Obtain OPS and locate the pallet assembly number. Select the pallet number and view the recipe for specifications. Position the laser for board placement, cut runner and deck boards to size, and secure boards with a nail gun. Drill holes for the regulator, install carriage bolts, and secure the unit to the pallet. Transport the pallet to the final inspection lane or paint area. Push pallet down the chute and paint stencils if applicable. Assemble and connect the control box, apply dielectric grease, and secure cables. Install UI bulkhead, apply silicon, and assemble name plates and decals. Inspect and touch up paint, apply grease to caps, and remove tape from components. Assemble ground strap, series arrestors, connectors, and bird guards. Initiate leak test and move pallet to the next station. Check hoses and connections, premix paint, set tank and fluid pressure, and clean the system thoroughly before pot life expires. Wash, rinse, and dry the unit, verify color, and paint the unit. Ability to perform basic mathematical functions as required. Lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, grabbing, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and using both hands to lift and lower materials, with or without accommodations.
