Mō te tūnga | About the role We are looking for a Regulatory Advisor - Operations to join our Community Housing Regulatory Authority (CHRA) Team, working in the Systems, Insights and Governance group. You will be working in a fun and diverse team who are committed to ensuring tenants are well housed. Reporting to the Head of CHRAeadh, the Regulatory Advisor – Operations will have a technical focus and support the regulation of Community Housing Providers (CHPs), actively contributing and coordinating the CHRA work programmes. You will develop strong stakeholder relationships both internally and with our partnership providers and assist with the evaluation of applications for registration, reporting and annual monitoring of registered CHPs. The salary range for this role is $76,164 to $93,090 +3% Kiwisaver contribution.
