REGULATORY AFFAIRS ADMINISTRATOR:

On behalf of our regulatory client, Procom is searching for a Regulatory Affairs Administrator for a permanent role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

REGULATORY AFFAIRS ADMINISTRATOR - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Regulatory Affairs Administrator will support the Regulatory Affairs and Government Relations teams by managing administrative tasks, ensuring compliance, and aiding in the preparation of regulatory documents. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, requiring excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

REGULATORY AFFAIRS ADMINISTRATOR - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, political science, business administration, finance, or related field
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience in a legal, regulatory, or corporate environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

REGULATORY AFFAIRS ADMINISTRATOR – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Experience with regulatory compliance activities
  • Familiarity with process mapping software
  • Experience in budget analysis and expense claims preparation
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and deal with ambiguity
  • Innovative problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, manage meeting preparation and follow-up
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for regulatory applications and audits
  • Provide support to Regulatory Affairs and Government Relations team activities
  • Support annual regulatory compliance activities
  • Maintain and manage departmental record-keeping system
  • Manage daily and monthly invoicing activities
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications proficiently, especially MS Excel and MS Word
