We are excited to offer the role of Regulatory Affairs Associate.   The Regulatory Affairs Associate is responsible for regulatory compliance and product registration efforts for our line of vitamins and dietary supplements. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet regulatory requirements in all markets where they are sold.   This role reports to a Director of Regulatory Affairs for ANZ and will be required to be working on site at Warriewood for at least 4 days a week and 1 day a week from home. For workplace flexibility we have an office in Surry Hills which we can discuss about possible dual work locations.   What we offer? * Opportunities to support your local community through paid community leave * A socially responsible work environment, on track to be carbon neutral by 2030 * Great benefits to support your health and wellbeing, including access to discounted products * Mental health support for you and your family through our Sonder assistance program * Profit share scheme   Responsibilities include: * Approve all product labelling for compliance to regulations. * Implement strategies for minimising regulatory approval times. * Implement strategies to negotiate successful regulatory approvals. * Proactively identify, correct, and resolve compliance issues. * Ensure regulatory information is effectively communicated to business stakeholders. * Ensure good inter-departmental engagement with business stakeholders. * Maintain relevant product databases. * Keep up to date on regulatory changes and ensure on-going compliance. * Ensure responses to post-market compliance reviews are managed and completed within expected timeframes.    Who are you? * Possess a bachelor’s degree in science, Pharmacy, or a related field.  * At least 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs or a related field, preferably within the health-science sector, eg, pharmaceutical, over-the-counter medicines. * Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and guidelines (e.g., TGA). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.   Blackmores Group is a leading natural health company with proud Australian heritage, with extensive reach across Asia Pacific.  Founded by visionary naturopath Maurice Blackmore in 1932, our vision is to connect every person on earth to the healing power of nature by combining our knowledge of nature and science to deliver quality health solutions to people and their pets everywhere, every day.
