As a Regulatory Affairs Officer (m/f/d), you will play a key role in our dedicated team. You will be responsible for the meticulous maintenance and timely submission of regulatory documents for our imported medicines. You will maintain a clear overview even in complex processes.

As part of your role, you will be in regular contact with national and international authorities, coordinating with them reliably and professionally. Your strong communication skills and understanding of regulatory requirements will be essential in this role.

Furthermore, you review medical and pharmaceutical texts with the utmost accuracy and care – an important element for the quality and safety of our products.

• Preparatory creation of manufacturing instructions
• Trademark notifications to the original manufacturer
• Cooperation with internal and external partners for packaging production
• Performing general administrative tasks and data maintenance

• They have completed vocational training, preferably in a commercial, pharmaceutical or medical field.
• They enjoy precise text work and maintain an overview even with complex documents.
• They have very good German skills – both written and spoken; English skills are a plus.
