Description

Coordination of the approval and certification of our cosmetic products, including the creation, maintenance, review and release of the Product Information File (PID) in accordance with Article 11 of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on cosmetic products
Support and ensuring compliance with legal requirements as well as national and international regulations (including the EU Cosmetics Regulation) within the framework of various certifications and regulatory affairs matters.
Planning and organization of approval and certification-relevant tests and investigations, including evaluation of reports, as well as the initiation and formulation of claims in coordination with the various stakeholders.
Review and approval of artwork (claims) and advertising materials, as well as customer advice regarding prize draws.
Ensuring security reports
Optimization of work processes as well as creation and revision of departmental SOPs and forms
Contact person for management, departments, business partners and authorities in all matters relating to regulatory compliance
