As a Regulatory Affairs Manager UK, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet the highest regulatory standards while helping shape the future of consumer health in the UK.
About the Role
As a Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will lead regulatory strategy and compliance for our UK portfolio, ensuring timely approvals, innovative pathways, and strong partnerships with health authorities. You’ll work cross-functionally to support product launches, OTC switches, and promotional material compliance—all while championing regulatory excellence and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead regulatory submissions: Manage high-quality marketing authorisation applications and lifecycle updates.
Ensure compliance: Oversee product packaging, labelling, and promotional materials to meet UK/EU regulations and PAGB codes.
Drive innovation: Contribute to regulatory strategies that support innovation and competitive advantage.
Engage with authorities: Build trusted relationships with UK health authorities and trade associations.
Support OTC switches: Develop and execute local strategies for prescription-to-OTC transitions.
Monitor regulatory landscape: Track and assess emerging regulations, ensuring timely impact assessments and internal alignment.
Risk management: Coordinate local implementation of risk management plans and safety communications.
